The Botox looks so natural, no frozen look at all and my lips are just perfect. So soft, subtle, and beautifully shaped. When I first met Dr Massey, she asked me to call her Hannah – a simple touch, but one that made me feel I was more than just a patient. I can't praise Hannah enough. She explained the procedures and its relative advantages/disadvantages vs veneers in a way that helped me make an informed choice. Hannah is absolutely meticulous in her work. More than just a great dentist, she is an artist, striving to make my top 4 and bottom 4 teeth look natural (rather than too perfect). The results were even better than I had hoped! “I was super happy with this service. I received very fast responses from Alan and he was very professional. I was having a painting sent internationally from the UK to the US. Everything went super smoothly. They picked up when they said they would and they packed the package amazingly well. I was expecting a minimum of 3-5 days to receive it and maybe up to 2-3 weeks for customs. I couldn't believe it but we ended up receiving the package next working day (plus a weekend). Painting was in perfect condition. Will definitely use again.”

On Friday morning she phone WTS and she was told to bring the car in and they'd have a look. By lunchtime the fault had been identified and it was fixed by 3pm .
