    “Who knew? The other half forgot their power cable for their laptop. They've gone to Gran Canaria for 2 weeks. The first week is a holiday. The second he is working remotely. I got to pop into my local Robert Dyas, minutes from my flat, and in just over 2 days DHL had delivered it to his apartment in the Canaries, which is amazing. They even provided a box for transport.”

    “I cannot fault the service I received from Zainab. The list of DHL prohibited items was so long and confusing that I was worried that I may have added something that was prohibited. Zainab went through the list of items I had entered online and edited them to make sure that the descriptions were as required. She also advised me to remove an item from my parcel as it was considered to be liquid. There were some problems with the shop's broadband connection dropping out, which was being sorted out with the provider while I there, so if you need to send a parcel around the time of this review, you may want to phone the shop to check that your parcel can be processed with ease. I had to wait a while but I didn't mind. It was a positive experience and I would definitely recommend the shop.”
