“We had a clanking noise on our car that we'd not been able to determine where it was coming from. I was out of town and so had taken it into one of the chains that do tyres and exhausts and they couldn't figure it out. I called D A Whiteley when I got back to see if they could help and Doug was able to fit me in that same day. Within 15 minutes of dropping the car he'd found the issue (coil springs), sourced the part which was delivered the next day and then called to say it was ready to pick up before noon.
