I made friends almost instantly and to this day, over ten years later, the people I met at GID are still some of my closest friends. Briony is an incredible teacher, she makes everyone feel welcome, and no matter what level you are at, Briony, along with everyone in the class makes you feel completely at ease. The amazing variety of dance styles, choreography and routines keep you on your toes whilst giving you an amazing workout. Performing in the annual shows gives you something to work towards, and a huge sense of achievement afterwards, all whilst making amazing memories with a wonderful group of people. Unlike many other dance classes out there, GID doesn't have an elitist vibe or make you feel like an outsider if you're new or a beginner, you instantly feel welcomed and relaxed and the classes are a fun and happy place, the perfect escape from the stresses of everyday life!”
