“I recently completed treatment with Dr. Shiv at Pinner Road Smile Clinic and had a consistently positive experience throughout. When I returned to proceed after some time, he offered a fresh consultation and updated scans to ensure everything was still appropriate — which I really appreciated. The financial side of things was handled with equal transparency. Dr. Shiv explained the different lab options and associated costs clearly, with no hidden charges. Appointments were easy to manage and flexible when needed. Dr. Shiv was patient and meticulous with the treatment process, and the aftercare was excellent. I received follow-up calls the next day to check in on how I was doing after procedures, which made me feel well looked after. “I've contacted this practice following a friend's recommendation, and it didn't disappoint. I've been going here for a while now, and I could not be happier: friendly and helpful staff, but also, amazing doctors. I used to be really insecure with my smile, but Dr Kunal Shah had changed that. I was nervous about whitening my teeth from the inside, because I haven't seen it done before, however, Dr Shah was wery gentle and reassuring. Job done perfectly well, could not recommend more.”
