She made me feel so comfortable and she was really caring and professional. The treatment room was very clean and Samantha explained the process very clearly to me. She explained she could not remove the mole but she could do a treatment to reduce the mole and after the healing was complete, the mole is virtually gone. I had booked a back massage and facial package; I received a consultation upon arrival during which I was recommended a different facial, and I decided to follow the advice. I am familiar with the products and some of the services Guinot offer. The back massage was very relaxing, and the facial was great - I could see difference afterwards and thought it was worth the money. I was given a few testers after the treatment. At this stage, I do not think I will be having the treatment as often as their standard guidance is, but I will definitely rebook. Thank you!”
