Although all the stains didn't come out due to the age and condition of the carpet and 10 years of dogs and teenagers (no one could have removed these stains) the whole upper of the house looked so much cleaner and fresher and ready for me to refurbish. Honest and genuine staff, aftermarket goods are alot more genuine than eBay, and the prices are totally acceptable to the quality AND services within the store.
