“Always go to the Gravesend store to purchase my two daughters shoes. Requested Carol (as we’ve always had her and had excellent service from her), but She was not in on the day we went so was served by Emily. Emily was just as helpful, even ringing another store to locate a certain shoe style in one of my daughters size. Carol was working at that store and she kindly brought the shoes to the Gravesend store for my daughter to try on the next day. Nothing was too much trouble. Will always use the Gravesend store first as can’t fault the service. Thankyou”

“I organised a night at Blake’s for my partners birthday and we had a fantastic time. The staff were friendly, fun and always made sure we were okay. Our mixers were constantly topped up and we had our own waitress who we asked if we needed anything. I have also been back to Blake’s on a ‘normal night’ and it was just as fun, with friendly professional staff and a great atmosphere.”

This restaurant, a proud 8-time winner of the National Curry Award, truly lives up to its reputation. I started with crispy poppadoms and mango chutney dip, a delightful beginning to our feast. My Special Biriyani (a generous serving of tender chicken, lamb, and prawns) was perfectly complemented by a flavourful vegetable curry sauce and peshwari naan. The combination was nothing short of perfection. My meal was rounded off with a refreshing glass of apple juice, adding the perfect finishing touch to the evening. What truly made the experience special was the incredible hospitality. I had the joy of greeting my cousin and the wonderful staff, including the talented chefs, who pour their hearts into every dish. “Repaired a flat in well under an hour from the initial inquiry to returning my car keys. Their speediness was especially helpful on the day because I needed to get on the road ASAP to attend a funeral. The guy who served me (I didn't catch his name sadly) was really helpful even though he was on his own that day, and even gave me a complimentary bag for my locking wheel nut which was a nice touch. Would definitely use them again.”

“Ordered slabs and sand for patio. Order was delivered next day, and we were given call hour before delivery. There were some slabs missing which they informed, and said will deliver them on Monday. And we received the rest on Monday as promised. When started working, noticed cracks on some slabs, after some calls and emails were able to receive replacement, and they were delivered same day. Very thankful for the support and quick response.”
