A special thanks to Kay, who went above and beyond to find an alternative antibiotic for my 4-year-old when the original wasn’t in stock. Despite it being a busy bank holiday, he patiently explained the options and spent over 30 minutes on hold to speak with the doctor and arrange a new prescription.
