“My daughter loves going to this nursery. They always welcome her with the biggest smile and make her feel special every time. My daughter has learnt so much since being there for the last year or so. She has become more confident and her breath of vocabulary has most definitely widened because of their teaching. When she comes home she is always repeating songs they sing during circle time. I would highly recommend this nursery as not only do they support the child to progress but also give really good advice to parents regarding potty training etc. Whenever I pick my daughter up I love how nicely the children play together and enjoys playing with her friends.”

“Our daughter currently attends the nursery (Feb 2019) and has been for 6 months now. She is very happy. The nursery stimulate her with a range of activities and she particularly enjoys messy activities and the sport coaches that come in on a weekly basis. The nursery holds events for parents / family members to attend e.g. an afternoon to celebrate grandparents which gives a really personal feel. I can not fault the staff - the ladies who look after her are caring and work really hard to create an engaging, fun environment for the children and truly care about them and their needs. They have taken the time to really get to know my child- her personality, likes, dislikes etc. Management have a clear vision for the nursery to further improve it and I have no doubt that they will. They take time and effort to gather parent views and are passionate about making the nursery the best it can be.”

“My Son has been going to The Young Once since end of November 2024. When I saw him get off the breakfast table and walk by himself to the baby area, it was such a proud moment. He feels happy and at home there. This is the only nursery we have come across where the lovely staff has a big smile on their face at 8:00 am and same smile and enthusiasm at 6:00pm. This was so important to me. Kelly said to me you had the baby 9 months in your belly then a year of maternity and then you have to leave your baby with strangers, this nursery really gets it and gives our little humans all the love, confidence and care we wish for them. My little boy loves this place and when I ask him are you going to play with Carol. He has the biggest smile on his face and Carol is right, he can say her name now. I am so glad I visited this nursery and my little one is going to have amazing 4 years here.”

“I've been coming here for years and really enjoying if. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and it's always nice to see a friendly face in the morning. I'd like to extend a personal thanks to my incredible swimming instructor Hamid for being so helpful over the past few months. He's completely changed the game for me in terms of my swimming skills (I went from barely able to swim to now floating and swimming and rolly polly-ing in the deep end). He's an amazing instructor. I'm so glad I booked swimming lessons here!”

“I strongly recommend this place as it establishes good behaviour in every student via a positive feedback loop which rewards them for a good learning attitude. The staff are also highly trained and I would like to thank them all for their hard and dedicated work. My child stayed at helix for 6 months and was able to completely change his attitude. “My son has been attending MonkeyPuzzle since he was 1 year old and since the first day every single person who works / worked at the nursery has been absolutely fantastic. Being a mother of a trilingual child, I find it important that he is encouraged to speak his secondary languages. Many teachers speak multiple languages and they have always been doing their best to support us in our attempts to improve my son's language skills. There is something amazing I could say about each and every member of the team but my son's love for all of the staff is the best feedback. The fact that he is always excited to go to nursery speaks louder than any words. Despite being rated "good" by ofsted, the truth is that this nursery is OUTSTANDING.
