Very professional and reliable, in that she communicates with us when necessary and sends a reminder email in the middle of each month for date requests for the following month. We have a rescue pup, and she can be a bit particular, but Alicia is so accommodating. I know that Jasmine is always in good hands when she's with Alicia. We will continue to use Alicia as our dog walker for as long as we live in London.”
