“I had to write a review for The London Lunchbox... We were holding an event and needed to cater for our 50+ team of staff with minimum fuss and TLL met the challenge. The food was fresh, tasty and made to order. They delivered on time and payment was easy and value you for money. We would definitely recommend TLL and will use them again. “Great atmosphere if you want to study or relax. It's not busy (maybe because the location is on the top floor from the cinema area) and spotless cafe area. Friendly staff. Thank you, Abdi and Imani. Update - They've more from the top floor to the same lower floor with the cinema. So it's very busy now with people waiting for their movie to start. From the top floor was the cafe used to locate initially, the cinema franchise had built an extension cinema view experience of 3D view. I am looking forward to experiencing it soon.”

“Location is brilliant for training in London and surrounding area. The hotel is excellent and the staff could not do enough for you. It is closing down soon and it shows. As things have gone wrong in the rooms they have not had the money nor desire to fix the so bath Jacuzzis don't work, half the tvs are not working, even the safe in my room doesn't work. But I cannot fault the service and it's such a shame for these lovely staff that they will be made redundant. I wish them all the best for the future and hope they all find somewhere worthy of their service.”

“We stayed here for a concert at Wembley Stadium. Really good check-in and out times, perfect to charge your phones and yourself before heading off, and then you don't need to check out until 11 am. There's no breakfast, but that didn't bother us as we just went to the McDonald's which is on the way back to Wembley Park Station, and I'm told there's a great cafe open Monday to Saturday within a few minutes walk. We were given a great room, very quiet, extremely comfortable beds and a lovely big shower. Loads of space and will definitely stay again next time we have a concert.”

Perfectly spiced, incredibly flavorful, and cooked to perfection, each bite was a true celebration of authentic taste. “What wonderful staff this Hotel has. It was my wife’s 50th birthday today (30.11.25). Migma & Indu made it so special for her by bringing out a Brownie with a birthday candle & singing happy birthday to her. They also wrote a birthday message, gave her a bar of chocolate & bottle of drink. Certainly above & beyond.xxx”

“Never been to this Travelodge before but I’ve stayed in many and this one is a good position, close to the end of the M1. It’s a little convoluted to get here, certainly if you’re coming down from the M1 but Google is your friend so just follow her directions and she will guide you in. There is parking…..yes you heard right, there is parking at the rear of the Hotel and I had no problem, even with the big Audi. The parking registration computer was broken so Erica the receptionist explained and gave me a form. Special mention about Erica, she was lovely and explained about breakfast, which I had booked. There was a large party in so advised I get down PDQ after 0800 to get a fuss free sitting. She sorted me a room which was on the opposing side of the hotel to the train line which runs at the back of the car park and I guess could be noisy in the night. I got into 208 on the second floor and it was the same as normal, boring but familiar, which as a business customer, is exactly as you would wish. The room was clean, tidy and well set out. I love that there are USB sockets x4 although maybe 2 could be USBc if I was being picky. Overall the room was great. I didn’t give it 10 out of 10 because there were a couple of things which let it down somewhat. The first was possibly the only thing I would actually complain about and that was the toilet flush which the chrome was breaking off which left jagged and will certainly cut your finger if you were unaware or maybe a child. The rest are just observations which wouldn’t affect your stay but maybe not what you would expect from a company of this stature. The chairs were both damaged, the desk chair because it was not ment to fit under the desk and rubs each time. The shower extractor is very rusty, as is the bottle opener, there is condensation damage to the bathroom mirror and mould on the shower wall holder. Would this stop me coming again? No, not at all as it fits my needs exactly.. I will mention the toilet flush though”

“Amazing stay at Premier Inn Watford Croxley Green! Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and helpful — especially Faisal Shaikh, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfy, and the location was perfect for everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of options, and service was always with a smile. Really appreciated the calm, quiet atmosphere throughout the hotel — made for such a relaxing stay. My only suggestion would be to install proper air conditioning. It was around 35°C during our visit, and the room got quite hot, especially at night. Everything was great, but a proper A/C would’ve made it perfect. Still giving it 5 stars though, because everything else was genuinely brilliant. Would happily stay again!”
