The clinic responded immediately and arranged everything perfectly. The place looks great and is run so smoothly — the reception team were kind, professional, and called to confirm my visit. Dr. Florentina Lostun and her assistant were excellent — calm, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Lostun solved my problem quickly and clearly explained the next steps, which I later received by email. Pricing is transparent and fair. All in all, a great experience — I felt genuinely cared for and in very capable hands.”

“I recently consulted Dr. K. Basirath, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. He is highly experienced, meticulous in his work, and took the time to explain the entire implant procedure in detail. I say “meticulous” because he was quick to identify and remove the remaining fragments from a previously RCT-treated decayed tooth that had been extracted outside the UK. Although the extraction was extremely complicated, he handled it with patience and ensured I was comfortable throughout. He placed the implant with great care and allowed it to heal fully before moving on to the next stage. The clinic also followed up with me a couple of times after the procedure to check on my recovery and ensure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort. All the support staff have been warm, friendly, and very reassuring. Overall, I’ve had an excellent experience with Dr. Basirath and the team, and I would highly recommend them.”
