Receptionist always friendly and helpfull My dentist Mr Chow always makes feel at ease knowing that I'm like a baby when I have to go. I've read bad reviews but the common denominator of these reviews is in fact not of a bad dental practice but people thinking they can not go to a dentist on a regular basis then just call and and be put to the front of the queue if and when they feel the need to see a dentist.”

“I started my braces treatment at OrthoSmile in August 2023 and just got them off—and I’m honestly so happy with the results! My orthodontist, Dr. Saman, was amazing throughout. Every visit was smooth, professional, and you could really tell how experienced and dedicated he is. I had regular check-ups every 6–8 weeks, and everything was explained clearly at each stage. A huge shoutout to Ayaan at reception—she was always so lovely, helpful, and made booking appointments a breeze. Her friendly attitude made every visit that much nicer! I paid monthly through the interest-free plan, which made things really manageable. Now my teeth are perfectly straight, I’ve got my permanent retainers fitted at the back, and I’ll be wearing the removable ones at night.
