“My first experience with Cloack and Dagger was a walk in to tattoo 2 fingers and two weeks ago I was back to do 4 more in my ears and hand, totally hooked, the tattoos look better than the original designs and the perfection with the lines is incredible; the artist that worked on me was Georgia A.k.a George, she is super skilled and worked on my designs beautifully with a friendly attitude and vibe, felt very comfortable with her subtle touch. The shop is the trendiest I have seen or visited, well decorated and with beautiful designs all over; the team super friendly and the atmosphere was great! I am now planning my next tattoos my neck and back and of course I will be seeing Georgia again although I am sure that anyone in there will be able to do an incredible work. “I've always wanted to get a tattoo bit couldn't find anywhere I felt comfortable. I went to Crimson Tear initially for a nose piercing, Rhia was amazing. I felt so comfortable that I booked my first ever tattoo with Martin. Martin did an amazing job, so fast at adding the tattoo. A fab job, true artist and great person too. This entire place is just a great professional outfit. Reasonably priced, with deposit for the time booked. Highly recommended. Look no further.”

“Hayden did a cover up for me today, I had been to many places with lots of experience with tattoos and cover ups to ask about my tattoo and what can be done with it, they all turned me away saying that it would need to be lasered or that nothing can be done and I should leave it how it is which left me disappointed thinking that nothing could be done. Only Hayden was confident that something could be done and wanted to help me and make me happy with my tattoo. He booked me for a consultation and discussed many ideas he had, I knew from this that Hayden was the one to go with as his confidence and vast knowledge showed me he knew what he was talking about. I walked in today with no fear of how the tattoo would be as I knew he would take care of me, after a short time planning Hayden suggested his ideas and what I saw he absolutely smashed it. “UPDATE: It's two years on and I am just as pleased as before. This time, I had my hair coloured. Great service, great result, and I had time to appreciate how attentive the stylists are to all of their clients, adults and children alike. Highly recommend. I used to get my hair done here when I was in my teens and went back for the first time as a 20-something yesterday. I took a gamble and rang up on the off chance they could see me straight away. Getting your hair cut by someone new is always a bit of a tense thing but I am delighted with the result. I got a very blunt, quirky short crop and I absolutely love it. The service was quick, my stylist was lovely, and she was more than happy to listen to me gab on. I cannot recommend it more and will be telling everyone in the area to go here. “Taking my partner for a haircut and dye, this being her first time and I must say all staff members made us feel welcomed even myself not being a customer, was very helpful from start to finish. Sophie and Kate where doing my partner hair and kept conversing with her threw every step from cutting to dye. Even to giving us a discount due to not having change, which was icing on the cake. Kate went the extra mile in helping my partner as her leg was broken by supporting her while she was walking as for other staff members who had nothing to do with my partner hair. Would definitely recommend for everyone. 2 negative point Sophie our hairdresser was some what messy and was abit late apart from this 5 star from us.”

“I had real apprehensions when I first decided to go to West London Ink because I wasn’t sure what my half sleeve would look like when finished. We just spoke about it and no design was shared prior to having the tattoos done. However, this was my mistake! I had my half sleeve done by James who knew what the finished product would look like and is immensely skilled in what he does. His advice and insight was extremely helpful to allow me to make an informed decision. Thank you so much James for the fantastic job. “I recently got an Egyptian design tattooed by Adie at Renaissance Tattoo and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked into the studio, it was clear I was in good hands. The space is spotless, calm, and welcoming—everything feels very professional yet personal. Adie took the time to truly listen to what I wanted. He didn’t just copy a reference image; he asked great questions about which symbols meant the most, how bold I wanted the shading, how fine the lines should be, what kind of style (realism, black & grey, etc.) I was leaning toward. He sketched with precision, explained the process and what to expect from healing, and made me feel confident every step of the way. When it came to the tattooing itself, I was amazed. The detail in the Egyptian motifs was immaculate. The black & grey work is smooth; contrast is strong but tasteful; every line is sharp, every curve intentional. During long stretches, he checked I was okay, let me take breaks when needed, kept the atmosphere relaxed (some good music, friendly chat), which helped more than I expected. What really stands out about Adie is not just his technical skill, but his intelligence and deep respect for what he’s creating. He clearly has a strong background—not just in art, but in understanding the meaning behind the imagery. I learned about his interest in Egyptology and theology during our consultation, and it made me trust that the symbols I’d chosen would be treated with care. Aftercare advice was excellent. He explained what to do (and what not to do), how the ink might settle or fade, how certain quirks are natural, etc. Now that the tattoo is healing, it looks even better than I expected—crisp, beautifully saturated, and still holding up strong. Overall, Adie at Renaissance Tattoo is outstanding. If you want an artist who is not only tremendously talented, but also intelligent, committed, communicative, and someone who cares about both the design and your comfort, you’ll be hard pressed to do better. I absolutely love my Egyptian design, and I can’t wait to go back for more. Highly, highly recommend.”
