He immediately recognised the problem and, after following his recommended exercises, I noticed a significant improvement after a couple of months. Following this, I thought I'd also mention that I'd been having knee pain for a few years. The issue was immediately diagnosed and again, the improvement has been significant. Dan is very knowledgeable and approachable. He clearly explains how to do the exercises but also why we're doing them and the impact it has on the body. Highly recommend!”

“I suffered a puncture just before I pulled into the car park at Erith. I was going to change my wheel but found I didn't have the right wheel brace with me. I spoke to Jordan at In'n'Out and explained my predicament and asked if it would be possible to borrow a wrench in order to change the wheel. He was happy to help and actually changed the wheel only to discover that my space saver was the wrong size and seized on the brake callipers. That didn't phase him though, he found a tyre of a suitable size which had been removed from a customer's car due to a puncture. Repaired the puncture with a temporary repair sufficient to get me home and then refitted the wheel. Absolutely above and beyond what was requested and he refused to accept any payment for his trouble. I am disabled and walk with a stick, so the assistance given was very much appreciated and enabled me to get home safely. I really can't thank them enough and to refuse payment and provide the assistance they did is incredible service and highly commendable. Thank you so much.”

“It's a very very extremely good supporting place for people with mental health, difficulties, and ASD ,and ALDS, And any health problems and conditions which him or her is going through extremely. Put the care coordinator and doctors always make sure everything is put in place ,and the are always ready, and prepared , to listen to your concerns, complaints, in what you are going through interms of your mental health, And mental disabilities as well. And also your doctor will always review your medications, and to see what help is needed more more regarding about your mental health state . Overall erith center our inpatient unit park crescent is a very very extremely good supporting place to be in order to help you snd listen to you in terms of your difficulties disabilities with your mental health state and to guide and encourage you to keep using different alternatives and techniques that will help you to recover and move on in your life to do what so ever thing you are desiring to do . The doctor who looked after me was truly amazing — not only did they examine me thoroughly, but they also contacted another department on my behalf and arranged the appointment I needed. “This review refers to the physiotherapy crew upstairs ("Oxleas NHS"?), not the downstairs area with what I assume is the GP clinic (with the rather abysmal rating). The physio people upstairs have been brilliant all the way through, professional, and took time to explain all the options to me. Thumbs up.”

“You won’t find a better Sonographer, I promise! Jaliah is so kind and lovely. She takes time to explain the process and goes way more in depth than any other Sonographer. You can definitely tell her experience in this! The video, pictures and report are so crystal clear too. We’ve gone on a very complicated fertility journey - over 4 years of miscarriages, a blighted ovum, positive pregnancies (one resulting in a birth, which Jaliah highlighted a potential issue at 36 weeks which allowed us to flag to the NHS and have a successful birth at 37 weeks). “JT Automatics have been really a timely help in times of difficulty. The process was seamless and as soon as explained over emails the team, Saffron were able to help book in and get the whole thing diagnosed, report filed in with insurance and get the car back on the road. It's no easy feat but they did explain on the issues, delays due to load of backlog and sorted it out with 500 Kms check, 24000 warranty on the work carried out. They sure are experts and quite happy with the overall experience, politeness and the professionalism.”
