“Such a loving atmosphere, the service was so lovely and nice. We went on a Sunday around 4pm and it was so peaceful. Food and dessert were amazing. Best pizza I’ve ever had. The tiramisu was sooo delicious, best I’ve had. Would 1000% recommend. Prices were very affordable £13+ for a large pizza.”

“First time back to this pub after some years. The decor was warm and cosy. Lots of Christmas decorations and a wonderful tree. We shared some lovely small bites. “Fantastic food here, the peri peri chicken was better than nandos, juicy, moist and flavoursome. Should have gone for the hot though. Beef wrap was to die for, nice beef kofta with a delicious garlic sauce. The Lahmacun was really good as a light main or a starter. Close second star of the show though were the Nachos, cheese layered throughout the nacho chips, fresh guacamole, and stacked with salsa, sour cream and jalapeños. Diet starts next week..”

“Have finally find a great place for English breakfast after looking for a while. I am in my late 70's and my appetite is not what it used to be, sadly. I don't want a large breakfast, just a quality one. Thankfully the Grumpy Goose allows me to choose from the extras so I can choose exactly want I want and not waste food. I particularly like the fact that they offer back bacon and not just streaky or pancetta which seems the norms these days. All perfectly cooked, well presented and delicious.”
