“I would rate D 10 stars if I could. I had unfortunately an embedded cartilage piercing from Mariah Tash. It was so embedded the back of the piercing completely disappeared. He has been extremely calming and patient whilst determined to help me to get the embedded back out. I cannot recommend enough how much he’s saved my life here or else I would have to go to A&E to cut it out. I will never go to any other piercer again. I shall be back when I am healed. Thank you”

Nice selection of earrings at reasonable prices which included piercing and aftercare liquid with instructions. I travelled over an hour across London but it was well worth the drive. “Hayden did a cover up for me today, I had been to many places with lots of experience with tattoos and cover ups to ask about my tattoo and what can be done with it, they all turned me away saying that it would need to be lasered or that nothing can be done and I should leave it how it is which left me disappointed thinking that nothing could be done. Only Hayden was confident that something could be done and wanted to help me and make me happy with my tattoo. He booked me for a consultation and discussed many ideas he had, I knew from this that Hayden was the one to go with as his confidence and vast knowledge showed me he knew what he was talking about. I walked in today with no fear of how the tattoo would be as I knew he would take care of me, after a short time planning Hayden suggested his ideas and what I saw he absolutely smashed it. Hours later I am absolutely elated with my tattoo and now have a tattoo that I love, Hayden put his pride into his work and wouldn’t let me leave unhappy even in the slightest, he worked straight through to make sure I was happy which I am truly appreciative of. The vibe, team and hospitality from Prophecy was brilliant. If you are unsure about what you want done or simply want a 10/10 tattoo this is the one stop shop for everything you would need”

“Betta did some excellent work on some tribal tattoos for me. Planned out so that I was never uncomfortable as we know how far I can go before it gets too painful. Price is as quoted so if they do it in an hour or three it’s same price. Level of detail is insane. Design is checked and checked again so that I was happy with it. Printed out then checked on arm. Made sure all was ok before even bringing a needle out. Highly recommended Just added another photo of the ongoing work. Tribal filled in and blue eyes and heart. Betta doing some great work on my arm. Another up date Now working on the other side of the arm turning into a half sleeve what started out as a tribal wrist band. So here is a run down of how it went. First hour was doing the usual consent forms then on to checking the design ( which Betta was happy to change for me). The checking how it would fit on the arm. Then print off and transfer onto arm. Betta changed a couple of things when it was on my arm because arms are 3d and paper isn’t. Once all that was done I got to check and see if it looked how I wanted it to look. We did this both looking in a mirror and photos. Then onto the actual tattoo itself. Made sure I was comfortable happy with how I have to stay. Betta works quickly for such intricate work. But always made sure I was ok. We know how far I can go it becomes too much for me. So although it looks half coloured in this was as far as I had agreed for this time and I had already booked a return visit. Service They knew I was coming and both sent me a text and email to confirm. Given a coffee on arrival and a chat to put me at ease. Any concerns I had with design were addressed and it was changed to what I preferred. Time in the chair was good being asked if I needed a break etc. after care usual high standard. Will update again as I get more done.”

“I've always wanted to get a tattoo bit couldn't find anywhere I felt comfortable. I went to Crimson Tear initially for a nose piercing, Rhia was amazing. I felt so comfortable that I booked my first ever tattoo with Martin. Martin did an amazing job, so fast at adding the tattoo. A fab job, true artist and great person too. “I stopped by at Valhalla today because I needed help with my nose piercing, and I was greeted, and assisted, by the lovely and gracious Stacy. Even though I didn't get my initial nose piercing done at Valhalla, she was still more than willing to help take a look at it and assist me in removing the labret bar ahead of an MRI appointment. She really went above and beyond to help me which I really appreciated. It's a very cool space and filled with what seems like great people, so I'll definitely return for any new piercings, piercing assistance, and even a new tattoo.”

“Had my 11 year old daughter’s ears pierced here and Holly was absolutely fantastic with her. Loved that she put her at ease with her kind and friendly manner and that she explained the whole process so nothing was at all scary. Took the time to check the ears were all lined up, and the actual piercing was done quickly and professionally, my daughter barely felt it. When we arrived Rose explained the process really well in a non-scary way, she was really friendly and so easy to chat to. Amy pierced my daughter’s ears and she was clam, patient and just lovely. We received lots of advice on cleaning the piercings and when we left my daughter was given a bravery certificate and stickers. I would definitely recommend and we will be coming back!”

I was looking for a gift and was undecided on what to get; she asked a bunch of questions about who I was buying it for and the occasion - I ended up buying 3 items that she suggested; when I intended to only buy one. During my time in the flagship store, there were a bunch of arrogant customers being difficult, with no manners. However, Monica was extremely patient, professional and still assisted them. The flagship store is very lucky to have her; I wish her the best, and hope she gets a promotion from all her hard work.”
