“Got my nostril done at Metal Morphosis Carnaby by Lara today and was super happy with my experience. Lara was super lovely and welcoming, explained everything very thoroughly and clearly and was very rigorous with cleanliness. She took time to make sure I was happy with my placement and was very sweet and patient with my pre piercing anxiety! She was super thorough in explaining the aftercare and healing process. “I visited Inks and Needles in April ‘24 to get a tattoo from Jay, we messaged each other about the design beforehand. Jay’s enthusiasm for his art is absolutely infectious. Everything was clean and hygienic, the aftercare was explained throughly and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I have every intention of coming back for another tattoo as soon as I figure out what I want to have done. While having my tattoo, I noticed the piercer, working with a client. I liked how he talked her through the piercing so decided, spur of the moment to have a helix done. Sandro was happy to talk me through the process, we discussed my existing piercings & he advised me on the most suitable piece for my ear. He explained the cleaning process and advised me to come back to have the bar shortened after 6+ weeks which I did. I recently had to undergo surgery so immediately went to Sandro to have my piercings changed out for plastic retainers. Yesterday I went back again to have the piercings changed back and took the opportunity to have another helix. Again, Sandro was wonderful, helping me choose a huggie for the helix he’d done in April and a cute little flower for the new helix. Everyone at Inks and Needles is so friendly, very professional and extremely knowledgeable, you immediately feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I have recommended Inks and Needles to everyone and anyone who has asked about my piercings and tattoos. Lovely bunch of people!”

I have to say they sounded like they knew exactly what they're talking about and told me exactly what they would do for me. I have a picture of a new tattoo and a picture of an old one that was revamped. “I done my lip piercing with Josephine and she was absolutely brilliant! I had to re-done my piercing as the last time I done it in another place in London, they pierced it very bad. So Josephine helped me to re do it and she took lots of time to do it properly and cared a lot about it. The staff member was alone in store at the time, so we couldn't have two assistants to pierce one ear each at the same time as planned, but this ended in my Daughter making a brave decision... To have her ears pierced one after the other. The assistant really reassured my Daughter, made her laugh & feel at ease, as well as being super hygienic & keeping us both updated on everything she did at all times. One ear was pierced, flowed quickly & confidently by the next... No fuss, quickly executed & no time to register any pain, just a little discomfort.
