I didn’t know what to expect …but the kindness and expert care shown to the horses and clients is exactly what I hoped. At age 66..and having not ridden for many many years..I have been inspired by the staff here to soon start my own riding lessons and aim to get back in the saddle…something I never thought I would ever do. “This is an excellent gym. It has a full range of equipment and because it's not too crowded I never have any problem getting on to a machine or using the weights I need. I use a PT there (Gleicio) who is superb; highly professional, knowledgeable, motivational but also friendly. I'm so much stronger now, and he's transformed the way I train. I'd recommend him to anybody who is serious about their fitness and strength.”
