As a competitive Powerlifter, mobility is key. Once Richu got to the root of the issue, she got to work in our sessions and also gave me a home care plan to consistently work on it. What I found was so much more than just a sports group. Women in Motion gave me the chance to meet other pregnant women and mums to share experiences with, and to feel supported every step of the way. It has kept me feeling strong and healthy, physically and mentally, throughout pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. Jacqueline, Emma and Ronda are not only great trainers but also genuinely lovely people. The flexibility of the groups and classes has been a huge plus, and I was always able to bring my baby along whenever I needed to, which made all the difference.
