Sometimes I think we go to appointments and think it might be silly to do so but I was made to feel reassured that I wasn't wasting anyone's time and that I was absolutely doing the right thing to do. Dr Chakravorty and his lovely colleague, who's name regrettably I have forgotten, were so kind and explained all the different processes of the appointment clearly.
