I seen Sheraz Aleem for my dental work and he went through all my options with my fully, made sure i was comfortable with what was happening every step of the way and gave me confidence back in my smile again. The reception staff are always on hand to help with any questions or issues and they're a pleasure to have spoken with. “I already love going to Ollie Polly cafe with my two kids as it’s a lovely place to have nice coffee and cake while the kids play. We had our son’s 1st birthday party at Ollie Polly and I must say that they exceeded our expectations with the organisation, decor and hospitality . Amy, Neil and their team were very hands on with ensuring a smooth running of the party and making sure us and our guests were always catered too. “Our son has been attending St Francis since November 22 and the changes we’ve seen in him are remarkable. As a 4 year old who moved countries, he has had his fair share of challenges adjusting with peers and expressing his needs. Kelly helped us a lot by sharing resources and guiding us through the right channels. The entire team work so hard to bring the best out of each kid and always greet you with a smile at the door. We’ve received constant feedback in person and via the app they use to track and record the kid’s activities. The setting is very well arranged with a good balance between indoor and outdoor activities. From our experience trying out other settings, I must say that St Francis is truly special and one of a kind. We graduate this July and the staff has helped prep him for the next chapter. Wishing them all the best and we will really miss this lovely group of teachers.”

“Hayeswick are so lovely and caring. My children love it. My eldest is now is school and has done so well so far after going to pre-school in Hayeswick. My son joined in the baby room and is now in the pre-school setting. I was afraid he would struggle after going to the childminder for part of the week but he has thrived since joining in full and hasn't looked back. He says he loves going and has learned so much. The girls are so lovely and I know how much they love the kids. As a nursery they are very accommodating and flexible and it feels like a family rather than a childcare factories like one of those bigger nurseries. We ❤️ Hayeswick.”

“What a wonderful shop, with such lovely, polite, knowledgeable staff. I have purchased a new tank and fish from The Aquarium and as a total newbie I have no idea. Within a couple of days I knew I'd done something wrong when one of the fish was upside down (i know they don't do backstroke). I went to see the lady in the shop and not only did she help me with the water treatment, they filled up bags with their water and even talked the tank clean through after a rew weeks. Thank you so much and your dog gives such a lovely additional welcome.”
