I stumbled into the shop an absolute mess, crying as I was about to be late to take my best friend to her chemo appointment and obviously had not booked in with the car shop. The man who changed my tire was amazing, he worked quickly and was lovely to me, telling me that it was just a car and explaining the work he was carrying out like I wasn’t an idiot (even though I clearly am!)- extra bonus points too for having a very cute and friendly cat that let me pet him! Nigel and his team were really helpful explaining all the work done as well as other possible issues to look out for. Plus they topped up my water for me!
