“I recently had several treatments with Dr. Nico, including a few fillings and a tooth extraction, and I can honestly say the entire experience was remarkable from start to finish. The way he carried out each procedure was not only technically excellent, but also incredibly careful, gentle and precise. Everything felt proper, professional and thoroughly thought through, which immediately gave me confidence in his work. What truly sets Dr. Nico apart is not just his skill as a specialised dentist, but the kind of person he is. He is a dependable and compassionate professional, approachable and sincere, with a profound commitment to his patients’ wellbeing. He takes the time to listen, to explain what he’s doing, and to make sure you feel comfortable and reassured every step of the way. You never feel rushed or like “just another patient” – you feel genuinely looked after. In the past, I have had very bad experiences with dentists. I would feel extremely nervous and scared before appointments, to the point where I would sometimes make up excuses just to avoid going. I did not trust dentists with my teeth and, over time, I developed a real phobia of dental visits. A close acquaintance of mine had been a patient of Dr. Nico’s long before I was and shared their experience with me, telling me how exceptionally good he is – far better than any other dentist they had seen. Hearing this is what finally convinced me to book an appointment with him and place my trust in his care. I honestly do not regret that decision I made. Because of his gentle approach, his patience, and his reassuring manner, I now feel the complete opposite of how I used to feel. I feel calm, safe and genuinely at ease in the chair – something I honestly never believed would be possible. For that, I am truly grateful. If I could, I would honestly give this great man 6 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend Dr. Nico to anyone, especially those who are anxious or fearful about seeing a dentist. He is an outstanding professional and a truly wonderful person, and I feel very fortunate to have found him. I must say, in my opinion (and to be honest, I believe this should be a fact), Dr. Nico is the best specialised dentist in the whole of the UK. Thank you for everything, Dr. Nico! “Well, what an experience. There is a very long wait and process to be seen, assessed and treated. I spent nearly 8 hours there. The queue started when I was trying to park in the visitor's car park. It takes a couple of hours before a nurse sees you and takes your blood pressure, pulse and temperature. Then another couple of hours later, a nurse takes some blood samples. Then it's another 2 hours before the results return. You are then seen by a doctor who discusses your situation and possible treatments or further investigations. There are a lot of patients there, all with their own problems and issues, all in need of urgent treatment. So, in the end, the wait is worth it as you get seen and your treatment can begin. I was given antibiotics and asked to return for a scan. The staff, nurses and doctors are very helpful and friendly. Next time, I will park nearby and walk as had to pay £20 for the car park.”

“This is an excellent dental practice. I’m a professional trumpet player and I’m very concerned about any dental procedures which may affect my work. I needed a double tooth extraction and implant. Everything about the consultation and care I received was absolutely first class and I’m very happy with the result. The practice is two hours from my home but well worth the journey.”

“Just wanted to give a big shout out for Khalil (my dentist at Brookwood Dental Services). I have been going to the practice for a number of years now and have always had exemplary service from Khalil and his team. I am always very worked up prior to attending my appointment but Khalil always goes out of his way to help me calm down and explains the process, ensuring I receive adequate pain relief. At my last visit in May, he suggested a new form of pain relief that is administered to one tooth only, rather than all the teeth in the surrounding area. I have to say, I was slightly concerned that it may not work but it did and wow, what a difference!! There were a few peculiar noises but no pain on administration. I could speak normally and no dribbling, such a wonderful experience. Whilst the process was ongoing I felt the most relaxed I had ever been whilst sat in “that chair”. Once the treatment was complete, I left the practice raving about the single tooth anaesthesia and proceeded to tell all my friends and family about the best dental appointment I’d ever had.
