“I wanted to set some time aside to write about this garage because they are outstanding. After taking my car to a main dealer garage, I decided to switch to Clichy and have never looked back. The team are always welcoming and do a thorough job with the usual MOT and service. The car is also given a clean afterwards (like at the main dealer garages). Although this is all well and good, what makes them really stand out is their honesty: I took my car to them the last couple of times for some minor issues. The first related to a dull “rubbing” noise coming from the rear end of the car and the second was in relation to the front passenger door handle deciding to completely come off into my wife’s hand! The first issue was due to a shock absorber. The garage told me that there was still life in the component and we simply left it at that. With regards to the door handle, the team managed to fix the original handle back onto the car within a couple of hours. The garage didn’t want to charge me for both of these issues even though they spent time on them which is absolutely amazing. On both occasions I tried to give them something for their time but they politely refused. I can see a dishonest garage making a meal of both issues…Clichy have won my loyalty.
