“I must say that this garage provided me with the most excellent and successful service in a major problem that I thought was not able to be fixed . My son has special alloy wheels (bespoke) in his Mini Cooper and the locking wheel nut keys were lost so non of the wheels could come off . I tried lots of garages and one in particular tried very hard calling manufacturers as well as buying many types from Amazon Prince from this garage looked after me throughout the process and was able to measure and order bespoke alloy wheel nuts that fired , and very quickly resolved my requirements and I would recommend them for any complex type vehicle work .”

“I wanted to set some time aside to write about this garage because they are outstanding. After taking my car to a main dealer garage, I decided to switch to Clichy and have never looked back. The team are always welcoming and do a thorough job with the usual MOT and service. The car is also given a clean afterwards (like at the main dealer garages). Although this is all well and good, what makes them really stand out is their honesty: I took my car to them the last couple of times for some minor issues. The first related to a dull “rubbing” noise coming from the rear end of the car and the second was in relation to the front passenger door handle deciding to completely come off into my wife’s hand! The first issue was due to a shock absorber. The garage told me that there was still life in the component and we simply left it at that. With regards to the door handle, the team managed to fix the original handle back onto the car within a couple of hours. The garage didn’t want to charge me for both of these issues even though they spent time on them which is absolutely amazing. On both occasions I tried to give them something for their time but they politely refused. I can see a dishonest garage making a meal of both issues…Clichy have won my loyalty. Thank you everyone at Clichy - particularly Spiros and Kyri.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honest, Fast, and Great Value! Called Bancroft Garage about my clutch slave cylinder and was told to bring the car down. I had the parts ready since I use my car every day. The mechanic checked it out and said it was a quick fix – got it done in about 1 hour 45 mins even though the garage was really busy. I was getting quoted £160–£220 elsewhere, but Bancroft only charged £110, which was amazing for the quality of work. He also went out of his way to bleed the clutch, clean everything up, and make sure the battery casing and wires were all secured properly. The staff were funny, helpful, and honest – no messing around or trying to overcharge. Proper trustworthy garage, would 100% go back again!”
