“Just to understand this review, it is for Hygienist Oormila and her nurse Janari. Isn't for the entire dental clinic. Finally, she is a hygienist who pays attention to her job. Calm, slow with attention for each tooth. Follow the hygienic steps. Regarding the previous experience, when I was washed more on my face than my thees and finished in less than 5 mins everything. “I've had such good experiences with this dental surgery. My dentist, Liane, makes me feel seen as she remembers me so well each time and it really feels like she cares about me and my teeth. She is so personable and professional, along with her assistant too. The actual procedures on my teeth have all been very good. “I cannot recommend Springfield lodge enough. My little one has been going since December and everyone at the nursery have been great. So caring and really trying to help him develop. He’s been slow to walk but all the staff have been trying to help him. I saw a previous post saying the staff were rude and perhaps it was because she was not from the UK. I really struggle to believe that this has been their experience as truly I think everyone at the nursery is exceptionally kind and really friendly. It’s also very multicultural and they go out of their way to embrace all of the different cultures, both with the variety of food but also loads of little extras including the different languages and celebrations. I’m a first time mum, so didn’t know what to expect but the nursery have gone out their way to reassure me and it really is the best environment for my little one.”

“Had agonising toothache for the last two days which preventing me from sleeping. It only felt good when cold water was in my mouth, meaning I was unable to leave the bathroom sink. Almost instantly I was numbed up, no messing around with small talk or anything, just straight to the point. “Do you have any allergies” then almost instantly injected and feeling the pain that aches for two days stopping sleep disappear. They removed the cracked filling giving me pain and provided a new one, I’ve not had pain ever since. 10/10 if I didn’t live in Yorkshire this would be my local dentist”

Despite this, I have no hesitation in leaving Bertie in the very capable hands of Karon and Molly at Meow Manor. Bertie is clearly very content at Meow Manor and I am regularly updated with photos and videos of Bertie relaxing or playing with the toys Karon and Molly kindly provide. I know that he definitely enjoys his time at Meow Manor as I struggle to get him back in his carrier when its time to collect him (he prefers to jump up to the top shelf and lay down looking at me like the cheeky boy he is!). I have used this cattery many times now and would recommend it to anyone!”
