“We ordered a takeaway roast at the weekend and it was the best decision we've made! Lol. It was absolutely fabulous and one of the best roasts I've had in a long time. We were so grateful to be able to take it away and enjoy it whilst our toddler was napping. The member of staff we spoke to on the phone was so kind and helpful. We collected our roast with no problems and just about had a big enough plate to put it on as the portion size was fantastic. The whole roast was spot on - lovely turkey/beef, tasty veg and cauliflower cheese. Thank you so much. We'll definitely be ordering again and happy new year! It was so good I nearly cried hahaha.”

“A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit. The receptionist was nice and the Vet was brilliant and very sympathetic. She made my family feel included, gave us time with him both during and the after he went to sleep. “Top quality barbers. These guys know how to cut hair, they do it with a passion, unrushed no matter how many are waiting (it's always very popular which says a lot!). Very reasonable price (£14 for cut and wash, razor round neck the lot). Never faulted. Highly recommended. I'm not going anywhere else!”

“We had bought an air fryer about a year ago but unfortunately had a problem with it and needed to return it. I phoned the store and spoke to a lady whose name was Caroline, I told her the problem and she apologised and then asked if I had the receipt so that I could return the product. I had not kept the receipt but instead of that being the end of the matter she asked for the details from my Lakeland card and then trawled through the system and found my purchase. As I could not get to the store that day she said that she would leave the details at the tills and inform her colleagues. I went to the store the next day and on speaking to a member of staff at the till, (sorry I did not take her name but on a new till receipt her operator number is 5180088) and she was aware of me coming in. I returned the product without any quibble and when I asked for a straight swap, although I wanted to change brands and pay extra, she advised me to take a refund instead and then buy the new product so that I got the full 3 year warranty which I did and then she told me that I had a £30 voucher on my card which I did not know and used to complete the purchase. The customer service that I received and the friendliness of both members of staff was excellent and I would formally like to congratulate them and the store in a manner that in my opinion went above and beyond what they could have done. Before retirement I worked in retailing for some 36 years and put great value on customer service. Kind regards Robert Holmes”

“Decent sized meals decent price. I pretty much always get the same thing. Double burger meal and 20 wings. The service is always real quick and friendly. What I love the most is the fries. Honestly they are the tastiest skinny fries you can get bar none. Just love them so much. Had the 12 piece family bucket. Great value for money. Still just as good as ever. Still great I got 12 wings this time. Think I'll stick with the 20 going forward.”

“Ordered a washing machine, delivered and installed within a week. There was a problem with the machine, they agreed to replace, which was delivered within a few days, and installed. I could not fault their customer service it was excellent, called me with a time for expected delivery, were faultless in installing the machine.
