“I initially started seeing Dan for pain in my shoulder. He immediately recognised the problem and, after following his recommended exercises, I noticed a significant improvement after a couple of months. Following this, I thought I'd also mention that I'd been having knee pain for a few years. The issue was immediately diagnosed and again, the improvement has been significant. Dan is very knowledgeable and approachable. He clearly explains how to do the exercises but also why we're doing them and the impact it has on the body. Highly recommend!”

Put the care coordinator and doctors always make sure everything is put in place ,and the are always ready, and prepared , to listen to your concerns, complaints, in what you are going through interms of your mental health, And mental disabilities as well. And also your doctor will always review your medications, and to see what help is needed more more regarding about your mental health state . Overall erith center our inpatient unit park crescent is a very very extremely good supporting place to be in order to help you snd listen to you in terms of your difficulties disabilities with your mental health state and to guide and encourage you to keep using different alternatives and techniques that will help you to recover and move on in your life to do what so ever thing you are desiring to do . The doctor who looked after me was truly amazing — not only did they examine me thoroughly, but they also contacted another department on my behalf and arranged the appointment I needed. I completed a total of six sessions, during which we worked on clearing old beliefs, addressing procrastination, and easing my back pain. Although I can’t say all these issues were completely resolved—possibly because I wasn’t able to complete the full number of recommended sessions, still noticed meaningful improvements. “Highly recommend Platinum Dog Walkers!! Shelly took the time to come and meet myself and Dobby before he started his walks. Dobby started with Platinum Dog Walkers when he was 5months old, he is now 10months and loves his walks with them. I found it difficult to find someone who take on a large breed but Platinum Dog Walkers are very accommodating! Ours days tend to vary and this is never problem! Shelly and Sam are great with Dobby! He can be a handful at times but Shelly and Sam are amazing with him!! Always get lots of lovely videos and pictures of what Dobby's walks! Can't recommend them enough!!”

“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. “I visited this lovely café in early July 2025 while spending the weekend with my best friend from the USA, who was staying in an Airbnb nearby. We found this place online, and it truly did not disappoint! From the first bite of the fluffy pancakes to the perfectly cooked full English breakfast, everything was absolutely delicious. The hot chocolate, was easily the tastiest I’ve ever had — rich, smooth, and comforting. The staff were respectful, and genuinely welcoming, they made us feel right at home. Their service was impeccable — attentive without being intrusive and you could tell they truly care about their customers. It was a quiet Sunday morning, so we even had the chance to enjoy a lovely chat with them. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, amazing people, and a wonderful start to the day.”

They’ve been there for every important occasion, from my graduation and wedding to my 30th birthday and all the holidays. The owners, Lee and Michael, are warm and welcoming, and their talented daughter Mai is an absolute gem. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the services is simply great. I would recommend anyone who lives in the Bexley area to give them a try and soon enough you’ll become a regular like me.”

“I didnt eat here so cannot comment. Entry is from a side door, which is a bit sketchy. Ive been here twice now and been served by three different servers and all of them have been friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Real ale from the mighty Oak Maldon on tap was good and well looked after.”

“Going to start with Don't judge a book by its cover- yes it not a big house like some nursery but the love and understanding of your child is on point at fox house.. the staff are highly qualified with excellent communication. The staff learn what my son can and can't do in the first week of him starting. In the 7 months my son has attended foxhouse they have help my son speach and language development, they also help with potty training,they played a big part with him achieving. He now only has nappy on for bed times . They have alots of activities for the child to do. Teaching them the alphabet and using numbers every day. My son was offered a Government school place but I'm going to keep my son in fox house until he starts Reception next September. Highly recommended foxhouse. Definitely vale for money when your child is Achieving there goals alot cheaper then other nursery around the area as well.”
