Our mixers were constantly topped up and we had our own waitress who we asked if we needed anything. I have also been back to Blake’s on a ‘normal night’ and it was just as fun, with friendly professional staff and a great atmosphere.”

“My brother in law, eldest son and I had the absolute pleasure of dining at my uncle's restaurant Meopham Tandoori during my weekend visit, and I can confidently say it was an experience to remember! This restaurant, a proud 8-time winner of the National Curry Award, truly lives up to its reputation. From the moment we stepped in, the warm and friendly atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic evening. The decor was elegant, creating a calm and inviting space to enjoy a memorable meal. I started with crispy poppadoms and mango chutney dip, a delightful beginning to our feast. My Special Biriyani (a generous serving of tender chicken, lamb, and prawns) was perfectly complemented by a flavourful vegetable curry sauce and peshwari naan. The combination was nothing short of perfection. My meal was rounded off with a refreshing glass of apple juice, adding the perfect finishing touch to the evening. What truly made the experience special was the incredible hospitality. I had the joy of greeting my cousin and the wonderful staff, including the talented chefs, who pour their hearts into every dish. Meopham Tandoori is a gem that deserves every accolade, and I will most definitely be returning with my family for another unforgettable meal. Highly recommended!”

“We went to this Restaurant for my Dad's 50th (he was 49 at the time) the food was great and there was nice music and the service was great the waitresses are very friendly to all of us there was 21 of us in a big family but I do highly recommend this for birthdays and anniversary's!”

“A lovely team greeted us at the Clarendon, we only stayed for one night. But will be back to use a hub to visit the surrounding areas. The rooms were fine and decent, one of the strongest showers too. They have a bar here, which is brilliant priced. A car park and garden area by the river were also a nice point.”

“We ate here whilst staying up the road for a friends wedding. Nice old school pub with a nice atmosphere. The restaurant is separate to the bar. The staff take you to the table and explain the QR code App system, which is the norm now days but very easy to use. We had a mixed grill, curry and Hunters chicken. All the food was excellent , hot and decent portions. Very reasonable prices too! We were pleasantly surprised! Highly recommend”

“We are a regular customer of this Chinese takeaway. Michelle the woman in the counter is lovely. Whenever we order more than 17 quid (i think), she is replacing the normal free prawn crackers into spring rolls as we never take the prawn crackers. My favorite among their dish is their salt and pepper squid (cut into small pieces that makes it easier for you to bite and chew compare to other shop that cuts them big and hard to chew). My husband likes their crispy aromatic duck and the duck with pineapple in plum sauce. Delicious food as always and good service. Accepts only cash.”

“This is genuinely the best Restaurant I have ever been to. The food at this restaurant is so scrumptious, fresh and rich in taste and flavour. It had a wonderful aroma and the menu is great for anyone that's a bit picky, since they have like a hundred dishes to choose from. The food is always immaculate, and the service is even better. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I have never once heard them say anything rude or out of the ordinary. I bet the owners are just as lovely, if not lovelier. I have probably ordered food from here 10 times now, and I am glad to say I will definitely continue to. The dishes that I recommend, would be: •Satay Chicken on Skewers (with extra sauce, it's soooo good) •Egg Fried Rice •Singapore Vegetarian Vermicelli (my personal favourite) •Vegetable Curry (with tofu) •Mixed Vegetable Chow Mein (with tofu) Everything about this restaurant is amazing, and I have never had any problem that have occurred. I hope this restaurant becomes well-known and expands into a bigger shop, since I definitely think they should. Now, it may seem like I am overreacting, but honestly, this is the best Chinese Cuisine in the UK. I can't imagine a place better than Oriental Delight. It should be a 5 star Michelin restaurant at this point. I'm not sure how to post a picture, which is sad because I had a picture ready to add to this lengthy review. I can't wait to eat from Oriental Delight again. This concludes my review, and I am also proud to say that this is my first ans only google review (probabaly). And only for Oriental Delight, because it's the best.”

“When you think kebab. Think Perry grill. Best kebab in area if not UK. We having normally weekly kebab from them for years and portions are big, quality and very friendly atmosphere. We had take in or take a way without any problems. And visit them now with new refreshed restaurant.”

“Pauline and Jo are absolutely fabulous ladies. So kind, caring and loving towards our little Ernie. It took a lot for us to be able to trust in anyone to look after Ernie due to his excessive barking, however, nothing was an issue! From the moment he met Pauline we knew he would be so loved and looked after. He now goes on his weekly day care ventures and we get sent lots of photos and updates which is such a special added touch. The ladies just care so much for all the animals and they are equally as loved. We cannot recommend dog ventures enough! xxx”
