She took time to explain how to achieve the look I was hoping for and gave me a realistic outcome about how to achieve it (after having had my hair done at a different salon and not loving the look). She did an incredible job at transforming my blocky regrown into a natural balayage. Her confidence was reassuring and her care and passion for the role is felt. She took time to ensure the cut was PERFECT - thank you! I felt the price was fair and really reflected the service. I was the only person in the salon with Orschi which was lovely. I felt relaxed and loved the hot towel and massage chair! In other salons you are passed around between people washing and toning your hair and the hair dresser can work between clients. This is not the case at Robert Kirby and I love this about the salon. You have the full attention of Orschi. She is an artist and creates a masterpiece! Thank you!”

“I was very pleased with my experience. One of my toenails on my foot is deformed due to a table falling on it and was discoloured. After doing the nail reconstruction a bonding material was applied and the nail looks healthier, discolouration has gone and the length of the nail has come to a more regular length. Since yesterday I keep looking at my nail, quite incredible transformation that I did not know can be done and so quickly and non invasive/no surgical procedure. Alessia who did my medical pedicure is very professional, calm, gentle, careful and humble. I will be going back to book with her and for a medical pedicure, has been a gamechanger, I did not know that something like this existed. The manicure and pedicure is done with no water which is much better as only what is needed is removed or corrected. All the tools were very hygienic which is doubtful at other places. Ayesha who did my supreme manicure was very careful too and made sure I am satisfied throughout the procedure and was careful not to go deep into the cuticles as I had bad experiences at other places. While applying the polish she tried her best for the application to be flawless. She was also careful, gentle and calm. All in all many thanks! I will be back next month, so glad I heard about this place and tried. You will not be disappointed, the manicure and pedicure is done from a holistic perspective not only to beautify the nails. Also, the ladies only do what is necessary for your nails, at other locations they do not pay this much attention to this and do the practices that they are used to do for each customer without assessing the nature of the nail and area around.”

“I have been going to Kerry for the last 4years initially to have my brows done and now for my yearly colour boost. Kerry’s is a pure perfectionist at what she does and this really shows in her work - I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows! (I drive over an hour half to see her) We always work together each time to ensure I’m fully happy before starting and they come out perfect each time! When I go to a beauty centre for the first time I want to find a friendly environment, where the beauty therapists try to make the experience the least unpleasant possible. “I had the most pleasant experience with Fatma while getting my bio-peel done. She was very welcoming and immediately made me feel comfortable when I was nervous about my peel! I really appreciated the briefing at the start as she explained the science behind the peel. Fatma ensured that I was okay throughout the entire process and it was fairly quick and easy. “After much deliberation over my steadily declining eyebrows, i did some research and saw some really good reviews for Nicole. I booked a consultation and was impressed how professional her home set up is. I felt listened to and she walked me through everything i had any reservations about. I went in for my first appointment which took a little under 3 hours. Nicole painstakingly mapped my brow shape, drew them on and from there we tweaked it to a shape i was happy with. The tattooing machine itself was not painful, more a little grating towards the ens. Once the outline was completed Nicole popped some numbing gel on so i didn't feel anything in the main. Upong completion, we had a look together, added a couple of bits where we agreed it was necessary. Then she talked me through the aftercare. I have a top up appointment coming up which is included in the 1st appt costs. I have been thrilled with how well they have turned out and i have had so many complementa on how natural they look. This is exactly what i wanted to achieve. I can't recommend Nicole enough Pictures added to show one day after and 2 weeks later”
