“Neal and his partner were both welcoming and polite and provided a fantastic service.I had Electrical wires which were faulty which stopped my window from opening and closing, the door wouldn’t open or close via key and wing mirror indicator wouldn’t work but Neil and his partner came to my workplace and diagnosed the issue there and then. “I had had a busy day about in Bromley and arrived early from that to a reservation I'd made that day for early dinner (18:15). Prices were properly reasonable for such fine dining. The presentation of each course was spot on, I'd even say en place, buuuuut not my element at this time. The maître d' was professional and courteous. I felt a bit under-dressed but braved through and they brought no attention to this and treated me. At some spirit auguery advice, my royal self reluctantly avoided steak this evening, going instead from chef's suggestion menu, the seared scallops and then sea bass. The scallops were grilled, and tender rather than rubbery as I sometimes 'expect' of scallop. I'd had some grilled halloumi around lunch tiem, and joked that scallops would be right out to pair with halloumi. I think there is this. The sea bass were served seared with skin on, and a sweet tomato salsa, with a potato tower of some kind. Service were quiet and excellent. I did not once feel rushed and I NEEEEED to return for some côte de boeuf or rib-eye some day soon. This should be written. I'll be needing dress better suited. “I’ve had a surgery at Sloane Hospital. What a great care I’ve received. I was operated by Dr Hanek- such a professional. When entering the hospital the receptionist was excellent . When in the hospital I was looked after Mary B, really lovely nurse who put me at ease and gave opportunities to ask questions. Another two nurses: Sisi and Eva were excellent. I arrived home with a nice memories after quite a procedure. If you are thinking of getting anything done that requires professionalism, go to Sloane Hospital.”

“My car broke down in Beckenham. Brian was driving past after finishing work and asked if he could help. I said the AA was on the way but he insisted on taking a look and trying to help move the car somewhere safer (I was at a junction). He explained the auxiliary belt was worn out and got his colleague to bring starter cables to help move it. In the end I got a call from the AA saying they were 5 mins away, but I wanted to leave a comment here to say how impressed I was.”

Fiona at reception was really friendly and helpful - I'd also been impressed by her the previous day whilst sorting out the details of the hire. Found the rate to be very reasonable, especially considering I was hiring the vehicle over the Bank Holiday weekend.
