I purchased a car from the Dakar team today and have to say it was a very enjoyable experience from start to finish! I wasn’t rushed or coerced towards anything. I was simply left to peruse the car I was interested in, take it for a test drive and agree terms. “I absolutely reccomend Moore Tool Repairs. I called in to ask advice on my plunge router which suddenly stopped working. Lee guided me through some inspections and he realised that one of the component was faulty and it could be easily replaced without sending the tool over to him. He then send me a link of the replacement so that I could order it and replace it myself. Another company would have asked me to send the tool over and charged me full price for a small repair I could have done myself.”

“Happy to make changes like putting some meat separate and some in a pitta which is really useful, when they are flexible about how the food is given to you and they aren't precious about a set menu. Only thing I'd point out to them is to make sure to use a set of tongs to turn the raw chicken skewers over, and once this is cooked on the outside, move to a different part of the grill and finish it off, by using another pair of tongs. You'd avoid any chance of cross contamination this way. Same goes for the pittas and wraps being warmed up - use another clean pair of tongs to avoid customers having second thoughts about their stomachs getting through the night ok..”

“Had a basic service done here today - really reasonably priced for an approved garage. the reviews don't lie. Dean provides excellent personalised customer service and doesn't just know cars but your car and its needs. Gave really good advice too - making it cost effective. I had to wait over a month to be booked in. which was the only negative for me - I guess that only demonstrates trust people have of them. Thank you and see you again.”
