“I've had such good experiences with this dental surgery. My dentist, Liane, makes me feel seen as she remembers me so well each time and it really feels like she cares about me and my teeth. She is so personable and professional, along with her assistant too. The actual procedures on my teeth have all been very good. I was feeling very conscious about a gap in my teeth and she filled it with a bond, which I never even thought about requesting. I was worried about having to pay out £1000s for Invisalign or something similar and so was really happy with this option. I am feeling so much more confident and happy about my smile. “I’ve stayed here many times as it’s ideal for visiting family near by. The staff are always really friendly and helpful and we always have a pleasant stay. Some of the rooms are a bit dated but the beds are always comfy and we get a good nights sleep.”

“I took my children for breakfast with Santa today and I must say he was absolutely brilliant! He was so enthusiastic and the interaction was lovely even with the large amounts of children that come in he made time for everyone tivmake sure everyone had a great time, must be the best Santa we’ve seen so far my kids loved it! Also a shout out to his helper elf she was a lovely lady and took loads of pictures for us to capture the memory.. as always a lovely meal and servers were great especially with the rush!”

“I attended my appointment today at keik fit Dartford they were very busy non stop phone ringing customers dropping keys off The staff were not stressed at all they took my keys asked me to take a seat as I was waiting the mechanic collected my keys and straight on to the job. Staff very friendly especially the manager Jason and engineer Lewis so professional .They honestly did not stop all the staff were busy busy. Also great air con in reception area . “Really nice weekend away here. The rooms are nice and spacious. Location is really nice, about 10-15 mins drive to bluewater shopping center & lakeside shopping center - so plenty to do for couples/family. The swimming pool/jacuzzi and sauna was really nice, we enjoyed going down for a swim when it wasn't too busy. We did go on a weekend so it was quite busy at times. Room service & bar was nice. Overall the room loses one star personally because the lighting was a bit dark and the bed quite firm. Everything else was perfect during our stay.”

“Our experience at Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel and Spa was amazing! Our room was of their new ones which was beautifully made, it had all the essentials you would require for your stay, and our beds were very comfortable. My husband, daughter and I had booked in for the Ishga massages at their spa and the masseurs were truly skilled. My masseur, Joy, was great and asked what type of pressure I liked and she was very talented. I was completely relaxed and refreshed at the end of it. My family gave me good feedback about the other 2 girls as well, I'm sorry I don't remember your names, I wanted to say thank you! Will definitely be back!”
