“I went into Harpers to buy a dress for a special occasion. I was served so efficiently and professionally by very very friendly ladies, who made me feel very relaxed and welcome. I actually bought a beautiful dress and the lady even pinned up for me and then took me over the road to the Dry Cleaners to get it altered, telling him the instructions that she had issued to me. I am now going to go back there to buy some more clothes for another function and look forward to going. I normally dread buying clothes but this has made buying clothes a lovely experience. Thank you again everybody for your time. From a very satisfied customer and now loyal one. Janet Cornbloom”

“Nice staff. I needed help with returning a parcel and the staff explained it well to me. Can get busy around 3/4pm (school kids popping in)”
