“When I first came to see Dr Vaswani many years ago, I was a very nervous patient and always needed sedation for even minor treatment, after having had some bad experiences with dentists in childhood. I saw Dr Massey four times between April and July: once for a new patient appointment, once for a consultation about composite bonding; and twice for composite bonding appointments. When I first met Dr Massey, she asked me to call her Hannah – a simple touch, but one that made me feel I was more than just a patient. I can't praise Hannah enough. She explained the procedures and its relative advantages/disadvantages vs veneers in a way that helped me make an informed choice. Hannah is absolutely meticulous in her work. Hearing this is what finally convinced me to book an appointment with him and place my trust in his care. I honestly do not regret that decision I made. Because of his gentle approach, his patience, and his reassuring manner, I now feel the complete opposite of how I used to feel. After a disappointing experience elsewhere, I found the team at London Dental Specialists was friendly, accommodating, and professional. However, there was one suggestion made during my appointment that I didn’t entirely feel comfortable with, but overall, the dentist was patient, thorough, and clearly focused on what was best for me as a patient. The advice he gave, particularly about which flosser to use, was clear and practical, and I went straight out to buy it. The follow-up report was detailed and professional, and I’ve already noticed an improvement in my gums and oral health. It’s refreshing to see a practice that truly puts patients first, and I’m looking forward to my next visit.”
