“I took my elderly mum to the Bromley branch yesterday. She was so despondent when we arrived after yet another disappointing visit to another established, well known high street shoe shop. The moment we stepped inside the door, all her shoe shopping woes disappeared! We were greeted by such a lovely lady who immediately understood my Mum’s difficulties and knew what she needed. The lady was so patient, kind and knowledgeable and we cannot thank her enough for her help (I wished I had asked her name now!) We left with shoes, sandals and slippers, all at a very reasonable price. There was also a lot of choice, which made a very pleasant change. We will definitely be going there again.”

“Was an inpatient at the priory for 4 weeks. My experience was extremely positive. All staff are very friendly, caring and just want to help. The hospital is clean the rooms are comfy. The Therapists are all incredibly experienced and just approach you with such understanding. Really can not understate how much going to the Priory saved and changed my life. I continue to go once a week for an hourly therapy which again is well structured and thought out. Really amazing people and service.”
