I saw Dr Massey four times between April and July: once for a new patient appointment, once for a consultation about composite bonding; and twice for composite bonding appointments. When I first met Dr Massey, she asked me to call her Hannah – a simple touch, but one that made me feel I was more than just a patient. I can't praise Hannah enough. She explained the procedures and its relative advantages/disadvantages vs veneers in a way that helped me make an informed choice. Hannah is absolutely meticulous in her work. More than just a great dentist, she is an artist, striving to make my top 4 and bottom 4 teeth look natural (rather than too perfect). The results were even better than I had hoped! I’m especially grateful for how he took care of my filling right away without needing another appointment—what a relief! Dr. Tush is equally amazing. He has such a calming and reassuring demeanor, which makes every visit a breeze, even in emergency situations. I’m so thankful he was able to see me last minute during an emergency. Both of them are truly lifesavers! What really stands out is how the team always goes above and beyond for their patients, whether it’s your first visit or your tenth. They’re honest, caring, and highly professional, always putting their patients’ well-being first. I’ve witnessed this not just with my own care, but also with other patients while I was there—it’s clear they are committed to providing the best possible experience for everyone. They also always follow up and provide reassurance, which makes such a difference in feeling cared for and supported. Without a doubt, they are the best dental practice in London.
