Never has a dentist taken so much time and effort to explain the options available to me in such a kind, gentle and considerate way. The patience that he displayed was as though he was ‘talking to his own mother’ with such thoughtfulness respect for my feelings, and all the anxieties and worries that I had. He was not at all pushy given that it is his livelihood but left me with options and reassurance that he will be there when I decide what I want to do. Following two long appointments with detailed explanations, I also them received comprehensive emails detailing the possible options available. “My Eldest Daughter just visited for her hair cut for Little Princess Trust donation of her hair. It came as quite a shock to may daughter at the difference, the hairdresser was absolutely brilliant in re-assuring her it looked lovely. My daughter is already getting used to her new look only an hour later and smiling. There was no charge for this cut, refused a tip and insisted I put that towards the charity too! Very very kind, friendly and highly recommended people reward such kind behaviour with business. Thank you so so much.”

“Visited today for a 4pm appointment. Although had uploaded everything online and only came for biometrics all in all took 1 hour. Outside was not busy like the other pics, no need to wear mask unless you want to. Inside there were plenty of people and the agent I had was very informative and friendly. Parking was done nearby Ruskin Square Car Park: very secure and clean, unlike other car parks I've seen nearby. I don't know if it's normal practice or because it's Friday, around 4:20pm to 4:30 pm they were letting in people who had appointment at 5pm.”
