“I have been meaning to write this review for some time. When I was traveling to my grandmother's funeral, I stopped to pick up a card. I had already been to a florist in Debden & Loughton. Both told me that cards come free with flowers, but as I hadn't purchased from them, I could not have a card, & I couldn't buy one either. The florist at The Flower Shop gave me a card, and did not charge me. They really helped me in my hour of need! I wish you all the very best for the future, and would strongly encourage anyone to use this kind florist! Kindest regards!”

“I bought flowers from here for my nan who was in a hospice. They were the most beautiful flowers I had ever seen, if not the most beautiful flower decoration anyone in the hospice had seen. My Nan absolutely loved them and couldn't wait for her next visitors to show them to. There was a buzz about it around the hospice and my nan had nurses specifically coming to her asking to see the flowers. I spoke extensively with admin at sage flowers and explained how I wanted specific flowers to be the boldest in the decoration and they did not let me down, in fact the one I wanted the boldest was the one that got most of the attention from others. I am also neuro - divergent and explained this to admin and they went above and beyond to cater to my needs. I'm posting this review a bit later then I received the flowers for obvious reasons (Rest in power Nan) however I'm looking to make another purchase from them and become a regular customer. Thank you sage flowers for making me and my nan happy in her final days ♥️♥️♥️”

A special “shout out” and “thank you” to Shannon who sat with me and was patient and extremely kind whilst I was very emotional ordering flowers for my late Grandad’s funeral. “Bought a bouquet for some friends who are having a baby. Ordered just after midday, and they were delivered the same day just after 4pm. I phoned just after placing the order to check the delivery address and the woman I spoke to was a delight. Very helpful and explained also that she would have to make a little substitute owing to the fact some of the flowers in the photo were not in stock. Of course this is not a problem, and in any case it didn't make a difference, if anything the final bouquet was even more beautiful than the photos online, my friends were very touched! Lovely people, will definitely use again.”

“I went in late on a Monday afternoon and they had the most gorgeous bouquet made up for £35, so lovely with bright yellows and my mum was absolutely delighted. Stayed fresh for over a week despite the hot weather and some great veggies in tge shop too. Will definitely be back.”

They really take the time to listen to what you want and make thoughtful suggestions without being pushy.
