“My dog actually enjoys his groom here. My only complaint is that they are so popular that I often have to wait a couple of weeks to get my dog booked in for his groom! He always comes away looking really dapper and they recommended in the summer that I have him clipped for the hot weather and he loved having such short hair.”

“Nini has been walking my dog for six years and is someone I can trust fully to take care of her on walks and when we go on holiday. My dog is quite nervous but she loves staying with Nini as she has a calm and home from home environment. Nini loves all her dogs which is easy to see with the videos she sends from the walks. I’ve taken my 2 Doxiepoo’s to Pet-a-pawter for around 6 months now, regularly (every 6 weeks) I’d had a bad experience one day with the groom room so I contacted them by chance, explained my difficulty and my situation, they fitted me in the next morning at a squeeze. This wasn’t because they weren’t inundated, but because the ladies working here are genuine and caring. Every experience since has been great. I confused my dates for one appointment and the communication I received after missing the appointment was kind and considerate. My girls are always happy for the rest of the day after leaving there.
