“Brought in an ancient embroidered rug from Rajasthan that had been a throw on a sofa for decades to ask whether cleaning it was possible. Amazing, personal service from Baker Street Dry Cleaners from the get go! The staff recognised how delicate and precious the item was right away. Roop even called her mum to research the natural dyes that would have been used originally - particularly how stable they would be when cleaning and Surgit decided it was best to clean it himself carefully by hand!
