“Air con broke down on way to Devon during heat wave. Local shop told me there was a leak in the system and couldn't be fixed in time for my departure. We have toddler and no air con in this heat was inconceivable. Called Caroline at Paynes Cars on our way home and from the first word she was absolutely awesome, helpful and knowledgeable. She squeezed me in for an assessment on the same day and everything was sorted in a giffy. There was no leak and the car is blissfully cool again. Can't thank the team at Paynes Cars enough. First class service and will be using them for any car problems from now on. Thank you!”

Requested Carol (as we’ve always had her and had excellent service from her), but She was not in on the day we went so was served by Emily. Emily was just as helpful, even ringing another store to locate a certain shoe style in one of my daughters size. Carol was working at that store and she kindly brought the shoes to the Gravesend store for my daughter to try on the next day. Nothing was too much trouble. Will always use the Gravesend store first as can’t fault the service. Thankyou”
