“Oh my God, what an absolutely wonderful place to go with your dog. I felt immediately right at home. The staff are extremely friendly, and dogs are made to feel like total royalty. There’s a cosy cafe area in the main entrance, and downstairs, a doggie boutique and salon. I took my Pekingese who was hugely fussed over - which made he and I feel very special. My friend and I had coffee and within moments of arriving, we felt we belonged. Cafe are very good, especially for London W1. I have no experience of their grooming service though, and I’m unaware of the costs involved. We will return again. It’s a great little place to meet up, and have a coffee/tea with a friend, say, after work. Truly, I can’t praise this place enough. Well done ladies.”

“We went here just before 9pm and were delighted to know that they still serve bingsoo so late at night! The bingsoos are a little more expensive than the ones at the cafe across the street, but the ice cream scoop is bigger, the standard is consistent and the service was much more efficient. Cosy atmosphere as well and the tables are clean and tidy. Dog friendly too. Would highly recommend this place for late night desserts!”

“Really friendly and helpful staff; Wonderful delicious food; and even a small shop so you can buy jewellery and such if you fancy it. Only a small venue so obviously huge parties bigger than 20 not suitable, but for anyone with groups smaller than this, it's great! Would recommend!”

“Wow what a difference to have a coffee shop like this in Walton. I went along with a couple of friends for brunch yesterday. The food was absolutely amazing, we had a variety of dishes and everyone of them was delicious. I would say the prices are correct for the quality of food that you are receiving and next tine we would like to try the lunch menu. Well done to the owners, we will be back for sure.”

“I've been ordering their drinks & desserts for months now. Here's a review of some of my faves: 1. Strawberry tea + lychee jelly + passion fruit popping boba - this is amazing. OmG the first time I had this I told my friend that it was the best cold drink I've ever tasted. No other drink has changed my mind. Just try it! 2. The Valentine's crepe - who thought of putting the rose petals on that beauty? That's amazing man, it smelled and tasted so good. Something about that white choc + strawberry combination is just delicious. I recommend you order it or if you're looking at this review after Valentine's- order their strawberry crepe. 3. Ferrero roche waffle - just look at the pic. My husband's reaction to this was 'it tastes like a giant ferrero'. Smelled amazing too! 4. Karak chai - love it! Got me through the winter months. Guys thank you so much for this consistent high quality. I'm so glad you guys are nearby but you also have that cheeky uber option for when I'm feeling lazy. :))”

“We live just up the road and thought it was a greasy spoon. How wrong we were. Poached is a postage stamp size gourmet breakfast restaurant. The menu is innovative. The service is warm and friendly. That totally know their coffee (fresh roasted beans on sale here too). A delightful place for breakfast (and probably lunch too. As a bonus they have a live train times board and do takeaways. 5 stars all the way.”

“Delicious full breakfast for the whole family— my children are like beats! Friendly, warm, easy going atmosphere for families (including furry babies!). I’ve also been here alone for a coffee and quick work catch-up and meetings with friends and it’s always been a winner! To top this all off, I was stuck with my bicycle without my bike lock— disaster, especially as my son’s bicycle was stolen a few weeks ago— and my gym (opposite Fragola) refused to house the bike for the two hours I had sessions, and I risked it and asked them and they agreed!! A kind and generous, thank you.”

“I come here every week whilst my puppy has hydrotherapy next door, such a lovely cafe. Have had the full english, Buddha bowls (if I’m remembering the name correctly) and also the jacket potatoes. They also have paninis. Doggy friendly as well and the ladies that work here are always cheerful. The food is made fresh and is so good! There is something for everyone. “We recently celebrated our wedding with an intimate dinner for our closest friends and family in the beautiful Danby Room at The Ivy and we truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect evening. From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of exceptional. A special mention must go to the incredible South African waiter Charl who looked after us throughout the evening and his charm truly elevated the entire experience. He made everyone feel so welcome and taken care of. The food was absolutely exquisite. Each course was beautifully presented and full of flavour our guests are still raving about it! From the starters to the desserts, everything was cooked to perfection and served with impeccable timing. I loved the crispy duck salad and the strawberry and elderflower trifle! And the cocktails were beautifully crafted! We are so grateful to The Ivy and the wonderful team in the Danby Room for making our wedding dinner truly unforgettable. “Absolute little gem in Green Street Green. Had 4 lunches this week and loved every single one. Menu is so different from all the rest of the other cafés. Plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. Had a different dessert every day, felt spoilt for choice. The best carrot cake I've ever eaten, and the blondie and the brownie... My partner had not fried, but baked big breakfast and absolutely LoVe it. Noticed owner knew his customers by name, very special for me. And the coffee is indeed the best. We will miss not working in the area and getting fed by Belmondo”

“The chicken waffle was absolutely amazing, fresh and flavourful. The waffle was so spongy and was very easy to eat and not too filling at all. You can really tell that everything is made freshly on the day. On top of this the staff is so lovely and very attentive. Will definitely be coming back!!”
