I am anxious about the dentist and was fearful of this appointment due to a previous bad experience with tooth extraction. Rita and the nurse were really supportive, I found it helpful that i was given lots of psychoeducation about the procedure. They allowed me to listen to my music throughout the procedure which i found helpful. The extraction didn't take long and i haven't had any complications, which has been a relief. I also found the education about dental hygiene and brush technique really helpful.”
