“As I have been in a great deal of very intense pain, I was anxious about having the SPECT-CT Scan, and having to lie completely still for a long time on what is, basically, a board. Everybody was so kind and helpful, the experience was much easier than I have imagined. All the ladies were extremely understanding and supportive, and I do thank them very much, especially Mia, Nessa and the other nurse who helped with administering the isotope. Apologies that I do not think name of the third nurse, but all the staff were really kind and reassuring. Thank you everyone.”

You can definitely tell her experience in this! The video, pictures and report are so crystal clear too. We’ve gone on a very complicated fertility journey - over 4 years of miscarriages, a blighted ovum, positive pregnancies (one resulting in a birth, which Jaliah highlighted a potential issue at 36 weeks which allowed us to flag to the NHS and have a successful birth at 37 weeks). Jaliah has always been there to help, including squeezing us in to scans at less than 24 hours notice!! Thank you Jaliah ❤️.”

“Such a professional and thorough service as ever from the specialists at the London Diagnostic Centre. I had a consultation with Dr Sonia Dudeja who specialises in menopause and perimenopause care. She helped explain and normalise my symptoms and she also addressed the topic in a really holistic way by talking about lifestyle, stress, time of life etc. She talked about other women’s experiences and the different ways women can choose to manage symptoms, which was incredibly informative and helped set me at ease. “I had a great experience with this salon. Firstly, the communication via email and phone was clear and timely even before the appointment. Secondly, the service was done in a nice professional manner. I had a free haircut for Little Princess Trust. My stylist (also the person who booked me in) was Eve. I kindly asked her from the beginning to be careful at 2 moles around the cutting area (one on the scalp and one on the neck). She was understanding and gentle, combed my hair nicely and then carefully prepared the braids for LTP. She explained to me the steps that I need to take in order to send them to LTP. The final haircut is a stylized layered bob. We also had a nice conversation so that's always a plus. I recommend this salon and its services.”

The sonographer was calm, helpful, and very thorough with the updates. Overall, a great experience. The only thing pending is the physical copies of the scan, which I’ve been waiting on for a while.
