“I visited with my son for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as he is a very nervous patient and had not gone to the dentist in under 5 years. But I spotted a framed award sitting on the mantelpiece that the practice was a finalist for nervous patients in the London area which was really reassuring to see. The receptionist was friendly and chatting to another patient that they shared the same birthday. It was a nice clean waiting area. Although not used to seats dotted about. The dentist was reassuring with my son and calmed his nerves. It was just a routine check up. But he was happy to answer all my questions after. What stood out was meeting the implant dentist at reception on checking out. He included me in his conversation as he was trying to book his leave at reception about the various holidays he was going on and was really friendly and very funny! He made me laugh. I left feeling positive at a good well run practice and approachable staff.”

“After being probably one of the most nervous patient’s they have I can honestly say this practice and their staff are fantastic. So understanding and always have your best interest at heart. After having Henri as my dentist for many years I totally freaked out when he said he was retiring! But I need not have worried Paul who took over from Henry is fantastic. He explained every step of the way what he is doing and doesn’t rush. I would highly recommend this practice especially if like me you dread going. From the lovely reception staff until to the time you leave they are very professional in every aspect.”

I could not have been looked after better by Rohin and his dental nurse. They are an exceptionally professional team at all times. My comfort during the work was given priority and I felt genuinely cared for at all times. The work is now finished and I could not be happier with the result.”

“By far the best dentist. I called 111 due to my son having a sensitive tooth & in lots of pain. Got an emergency appointment and from the minute we arrived everyone was fantastic! The receptionist with blonde hair was such a lovely lady & very welcoming. All the staff were so attentive & made my son feel so relaxed. They gave us very good advice and reassurance why my son had pain.My son was so happy and even got a sticker too. Thankyou so much to all the team here. We will both be coming here as our dentist. All of the Dentists are experts in their own fields with exceptional skills, knowledge & care towards their patients at all times. Their advice is always truthful and not trying to charge you more for anything you may not need! Would reccomend!”

“Dr Lakhandeep S Dhanda and assistant Sophia. July 25 visit. Dr Dhanda was amazing honest and transparent from the first visit. My consultation was valuable. He answered all my questions. On the 2nd visit I had my treatment. (Composite Bonding). He listened to everything and paid attention to my suggestions. Results were amazing. “My daughter recently needed four healthy teeth removed under sedation as part of her orthodontic treatment for braces and understandably was quite nervous about it. Andrea was absolutely amazing from start to finish. “I have been a patient at St John's for around 30 years and have always been pleased with the service they provide. I had problems with my Google account and will repost what I wrote some time ago! I have been meaning to write a review for a while now, and finally got round to it. I had a lot of problems with one of my back teeth which necessitated root canal treatment. Catherine, who carried out the procedure, could not have done a better job if she had tried! Obviously, this treatment is long and involved but Catherine took her time and did all she could to keep discomfort to a minimum. To be honest, no dentist could have done a better job. I would also like to point out that Catherine has looked after my teeth for years now and ALWAYS works to this exemplary standard - she puts her patients first! I would also like to commend the rest of the staff. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice!”

“I have NOT been to a dentist in years due to fear from past experience , After putting up with a serve toothache this dentist was only minutes away from were i live i thought i would give it go. All i can say is if you are nerves person and decide dentist are not for you, then please try these. They made me feel at ease with out ANY pressure . I would highly recommend this practice. The lady i saw and her assistant was so much help and made me feel at ease. They are there every step of the way with you, and explain everything they are doing before they do it. If you are not happy with what they going do they will stop. One of the best Dentist i have seen in a long time. If you are a nervous person these are the people to over come that.
