Inclusive environment in Ilford

“As a new student of Little Ilford School, I believe that a specific individual called Ms Karim has made things easier for me. This was due to the numerous times I came to her for help in which she was willing to help me. Ms karim is an amazing teacher and I find it extremely appauling that someone could speak so negatively towards her. Little Ilford School has helped me improve in all subjects but particularly Citizenship. Thanks to Ms Karim.”

We especially love the Tapestry facility and weekly newsletter which enables us to get regular and weekly updates on both our child and the nursery cohorts development. “I really like this shop. It's unfortunate that others have had negative experiences but I find this shop has a huge selection and variety in terms of the intensity of some of the designs. The prices are super reasonable.. the only downside is sometimes they may not have your size and they are exchange only which is relatively typical for places that sell clothes such as this. Recently going a few Eid suits there and prices were very good compared to some of the other tat that is being sold. They have some good options for wedding outfits too. Stock is replenished regularly so if you like a design.... you must bag it as it get sold out regularly (I mentioned it can be hard to get sizes). I find that they offer designs that I don't really see on the rest of green street. Give it a go!”

“Great club and atmosphere. I’ve been to many clubs where I felt uncomfortable. By that I mean not really welcoming, unfriendly people, too much egos etc. Also when I’ve tried other clubs, the teaching was all over the place and don’t really follow any real structure or program. I found the classes at the Khalid Ismail Academy to be very structured and well taught. Very friendly members who are very willing to help and encourage you. For me it’s the best club I’ve trained at. I would highly recommend the club for all ages. Khalid has years of experience in MMA which you can see with the teaching and his portfolio of people he has trained and coached.”

The secondary section of the school is new and i can see that the headmaster and the rest of the staff are trying to improve all areas of the school. “I have been working at Lady Aisha for a couple of years now and I can honestly say that it has been my favourite job so far. The teachers are so hard working and show dedicated attention towards every pupils achievement. In 2016 our school came first in Barking & Dagenham and our GCSE results were above the national average. The school offers a wide variety of subjects at GCSE level to cater for the students learning needs. The students are bright and often competitive which encourages them to continue working hard. I would definitely recommend this school.”

“This is my third time going in here and I always had good time and vibes, the staff and the manager are very friendly and professional, We went also in group during the football game(England and Spain) and the servings was still good even if the pub was full, I recommend the chips and the chicken, there is also lots of space outside in the "garden" and inside. “I decided to send my 2 younger children to May time Montessori on Wanstead Park Road in summer 2019 and to be honest it felt like I was handing my kids over to their second family, second home from the very begining. My 3 year old did not want to leave the place from the induction day. Both my 3 year old and 6 months old showed absolutely no anxiety when I would drop them off in the morning and pick them up after 6 or 7 hours. The children were not only well fed, cared for and loved but also valued immensely as individuals. The way the staff treat the kids taught me a thing or 2 about parenting as well. I couldn't recommend this place enough. The ladies there are absolutely fab! They are professional as well as super warm and friendly. You won't regret sending your children there, you will definitely be seeing and enjoying the positive impact they have on your children.”
