“I had a good experience buying my bedroom furniture with the help of Ghalib Rahman (Iby). From the first meeting during the measure-up, he was friendly, attentive, and mindful of my budget. He wasn’t a pushy salesman which I appreciated. He understood that I wanted the room to look good but also be practical, and he worked perfectly within that. Iby kept me updated all the way through and even helped expedite the delivery. The delivery team were also great — friendly, efficient, and got everything safely up to the first floor. The charter pack was a real help when it came to fitting. The after-sales team were equally good and helped me resolve a small issue quickly and without any hassle. Overall, recommended.”
